Who we are

Rainbow Holistics is run by Nicola Lazarou from Nicky’s Wellness Retreat in Ashton-in-Makerfield, Wigan. If you have any questions about your details, email [email protected], or call or WhatsApp 07561 343098.

What we collect

When you send a message through this website, we collect your name, your phone number or email address, what the message is about and what you write. When you book a treatment, we ask about your health so we can treat you safely, and we keep a client record. Health details are especially sensitive, so we only use them to look after you during your treatments.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, arrange your appointment and look after you during your treatment. When you book in again, we check your record with you and ask if anything has changed. We never sell your details, and we won’t send you marketing unless you’ve asked us to.

Who else handles it

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which also forwards emails sent to [email protected] to our inbox. Messages sent through the form pass through a secure server run by our website provider, Kinto Creative, in the EU, and are then emailed to us using Google’s email service. Our inbox is Gmail. These companies only handle your details to get your message to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages only as long as we need them to reply and arrange your booking. Client records are kept somewhere secure and never shared. If you’d like yours deleted, just ask.

Cookies

This website doesn’t use cookies. If you close the little WhatsApp note, your browser remembers that so it doesn’t pop up again. That stays on your device and nothing is sent to us.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
